Remidio.us Terms of Use

Applies to: www.remidio.us and any US/Canada-facing sites/apps that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Sites”) operated by Remidio Inc. (“Remidio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Sites.

2. HIPAA Disclaimer

Remidio’s devices and clinical software are HIPAA compliant when used in appropriate healthcare settings. However, the remidio.us website is not intended for transmitting HIPAA-regulated data. Do not submit PHI through this Site. Any HIPAA obligations apply only where governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with a customer.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Sites—including text, graphics, product descriptions, trademarks, service marks, and logos—is owned by Remidio or licensed to us and is protected under US, Canadian, and international intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or use content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Product names and logos are trademarks of Remidio or our affiliates. Other marks appearing on the Sites belong to their respective owners.

If you provide information (such as inquiries, feedback, resumes, or demo requests), you grant Remidio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to operate our business. You represent and warrant that:

We do not accept or solicit PHI through the Sites.
