This privacy policy applies to www.remidio.us and any US/Canada-facing sites/apps that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”) operated by Remidio Inc. (“Remidio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Scope and HIPAA Disclaimer

Remidio Inc. provides medical devices and clinical software that are HIPAA compliant when used in appropriate healthcare settings. However, the remidio.us website is intended for product information, support, and business communications only.

👉 Do not submit protected health information (PHI) via our website. Any HIPAA-regulated data should only be transmitted through designated, secure Remidio devices or clinical software platforms.

When Remidio acts as a business associate for a healthcare customer, our HIPAA obligations are governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
In Canada, Remidio complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws (Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia).
